By using our website or enrolling in any Deal Pro Academy programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Deal Pro Academy provides real estate wholesaling education, coaching, and mentorship services. Our programmes include the Exit-First Deal Flow System, the E-F-D Method framework, educational content, community access, live deal reviews, and direct mentorship.
Our services are educational in nature. We teach systems, strategies, and frameworks for real estate wholesaling. We do not provide legal, financial, or investment advice.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or enrol in our programmes. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
When you apply for or enrol in a programme, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Programme fees are outlined during the application and enrolment process. By purchasing a programme, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
Our 2-Deal Guarantee: If you do not close your first two deals within 90 days of completing the programme, we will continue working with you one-on-one until you do. This guarantee requires full participation in the programme, completion of all assigned tasks, and active implementation of the system.
Due to the digital and service-based nature of our programmes, all sales are final. We do not offer cash refunds. Our commitment is to continue working with you until you achieve results, as outlined in our guarantee.
Payment plans, if offered, must be completed in full regardless of continued participation. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of access to programme materials and services.
All content, materials, frameworks, and methodologies provided through Deal Pro Academy are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to:

Deal Pro Academy provides education and tools for real estate wholesaling. However, individual results will vary. We make no guarantees regarding income, earnings, or financial outcomes.
Your results depend on numerous factors including your effort, experience, market conditions, dedication, and ability to implement what you learn. Any income examples, testimonials, or case studies shared are not to be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of earnings.
Real estate investing involves risk, including the potential loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deal Pro Academy, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Deal Pro Academy in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Deal Pro Academy, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other members or to our business.
Upon termination, your right to access programme materials and community resources will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state where Deal Pro Academy operates.
In the event of any dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal resolution through binding arbitration, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
